Question:

chk to see if your speedometer works or acts erratic if so you might have a faulty electrical part of the speed sensor

What problem am I having if my sport light (Green) keeps flashing while I am driving? It is not pushed in to activate the sport gear. Also the check engine light comes on shortly after the sport light comes on.

Response:

The flashing S light means that the tranny computer has detected some sort of problem. Does you speedometer work while this is happening?  Does the car shift ok?
