Dual Fuel pumps on 2004 Accord 4 Cyl. ?

Question:

Does the Accord had a second fuel pump to maintain fuel pressure under the hood? If so, where is it located under the hood. Thanks

I have not seen a setup like that on Honda cars.   If there was a duel pump setup it would be a low pressure feed pump to a high pressure pump.  In the Honda, like the majority of cars out there, the high pressure pump is in the tank.  The reason for this is that pumps are better at pumping that sucking fuel…. Diesels on the other hand generally have a transfer pump by the fuel tuank, to pump up to the high pressure pump under the hood or near the motor/injectors.   I can’t speak of any newer cars though.
